Exhibitors
The set up of the exhibition centre will take place on Wednesday December 2nd, 2009 from 8.00 a.m. until 8.00 p.m. The exhibitors are authorized to access the area every other day starting from 9.30 a.m., except for the opening day (9.00 a.m.).
The daily closing time is set at 7.00 p.m.; the exhibitors can stay inside the exhibition area until 8.00 p.m., excluding the very last day of the event, when they are able to remain until 9.00 p.m.
It is prohibited to disassemble, or to leave the stand before the end of the exhibition, which is planned for Sunday December 6th , 2009 at 7 p.m.
The exhibitors are given the next day, Monday December 7th 2009, from 8.00 a.m. until 8.00 p.m. to disassemble their stands.
Golf on the Lake
During the Luxury on the Lake exhibition, the Golf area and Driving Range will be set up for guests to practice with the help of FIG instructors and in the presence of professionals. The official opening is set for Thursday, December 3rd, 2009 at 10.30 a.m.
Visitors
The first two days of Luxury on the Lake are dedicated to operators, media and invited visitors.
On Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December, 2009 the exhibition is open to the public from 10 a.m. until 7.00 p.m.
